Homemade Cream of “Anything” Soup Base
This quick and easy homemade cream soup base is delicious, shelf stable, and so tasty! Best of all, it’s free from any weird artificial ingredients!

- 4 cups powdered milk
- 1½ cups corn starch
- ½ cup bouillon powder your choice
- 4 tsps dried onion flakes
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tsp black pepper
Mix all the ingredients together, and store in an airtight jar

To make the cream soup, combine ⅓ cup of the dry mix, 1 cup of broth or milk, and 1 tbsp of butter (optional) in a sauce pan, and stir over medium heat until thickened. This equals one can of cream soup
