Homemade Seed-Oil-Free Fermented Mayonnaise

This quick and easy seed-oil free fermented mayonnaise is so tasty, it will blow any store bought mayo out of the water! And best of all, it’s so much better for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup healthy oil avocado or olive
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vinegar I use apple cider
  • 2 tbsp fermentation liquid I use whey
  • 1 tsp garlic granules or garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt sea

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a jar.
    1 cup healthy oil, 1 egg, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp fermentation liquid, 1 tsp garlic granules, ½ tsp salt
  • Use an immersion blender to blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated, and it looks like mayo.
  • Cover and let sit on the counter for about 8 hours to ferment.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy (for several weeks)!
