This easy and delicious sausage potato casserole is a fall casserole staple. You’ll love it because it uses only four ingredients and comes together in only 15 minutes! And, because it’s a casserole, cleanup is a snap. This easy casserole also freezes really well so it’s also great to make ahead.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of (anything) soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 30 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 tsps onion power
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Brown the sausage
    1 lb sausage
  • Combine cooked sausage, frozen hashbrowns, seasoning, and cream soup
    1 10.5 oz can cream of (anything) soup, 2 tsps onion power, 2 tsps garlic powder, 2 tsps salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 30 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
  • Spread mixture evenly in a 9x13 pan
  • Top with cheese
    2 cups cheddar cheese
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly
