Sausage Potato Casserole
This easy and delicious sausage potato casserole is a fall casserole staple. You’ll love it because it uses only four ingredients and comes together in only 15 minutes! And, because it’s a casserole, cleanup is a snap. This easy casserole also freezes really well so it’s also great to make ahead.

- 1 lb sausage
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of (anything) soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 30 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
- 2 tsps onion power
- 2 tsps garlic powder
- 2 tsps salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 375°
Brown the sausage
1 lb sausage
Combine cooked sausage, frozen hashbrowns, seasoning, and cream soup
1 10.5 oz can cream of (anything) soup, 2 tsps onion power, 2 tsps garlic powder, 2 tsps salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 30 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
Spread mixture evenly in a 9x13 pan
Top with cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly
