  • 2 cups sauerkraut

  • Cut smoked sausage into bite sized pieces.
    12 oz. smoked sausage
  • Cook in a pan over medium heat until the sausage starts to brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Add in sauerkraut and cook until hot (about 5 minutes).
